Our hotel rules to help ensure smooth operations and maintain guest safety and satisfaction:

  • Check-in and Check-out Times: Guests must adhere to the specified check-in (e.g., 3:00 PM) and check-out (e.g., 11:00 AM) times.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas.
  • Pets Policy: Only service animals or approved pets are allowed, with restrictions on breed or size.
  • Valid ID and Payment: Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
  • No Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings in rooms or suites are not allowed unless otherwise arranged with hotel management.
  • Damage or Loss: Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property or loss of hotel items during their stay.
  • Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the hotel rooms.
  • Pool and Fitness Area Rules: Guests must follow posted rules and restrictions in pool areas, gyms, or other amenities.

Cancellation

Emperor Resort must be notified of cancellations at least 30 days in advance via email to emperorresort@gmail.com. 100% of total room charges will be forfeited for any cancellations or shortened length of stays made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

There shall be no reimbursements for No-Show or shortened stays after check-in. Full payment shall apply according to the dates that the reservation was made. We will not be responsible for any form of travel plan changes or disruption of transport to our resort, which includes and not limited to 3rd party operated ferry cancellation and flight cancellation etc
